Anne is based in the North West and is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist specialising in Assessment and Development at work. She is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, a member of the Health Care Professions Council and a Member of the International Society of Coaching Psychologists.
Anne's expertise includes the design and delivery of assessment processes, competency frameworks and exercise design. This includes job analysis to identify robust, fair and valid materials.
She also delivers 360 feedback, executive coaching, assessor training, team development workshops and career transition support. She is an experienced licensed user of a range of psychometric tools including Wave, Hogan, Talent Q, Neo and OPQ.
She uses a range of coaching techniques to help focus coaching sessions and challenges thinking in a non-confrontational way. When relevant she will also draw on information gained from psychometric tools.
Anne has worked with large and small organisations from multinational businesses to local GP Surgeries.
