Anne provides individual sessions for anyone going through career transitions, redundancy or life changes.
Her background in recruitment and selection means that she can offer practical advice to help people gain employment, such as CV feedback, interview practice and assessment centre insights.

Anne's approach is client centred, pragmatic and insightful. She helps define goals and challenges thinking in a non-confrontational way. She uses a range of coaching techniques to help focus coaching sessions and where relevant draws on feedback from psychometric tools.

Assessment for Selection and Development
Anne provides a range of assessment services tailored to meet your individual needs. Her approach is focused on understanding and responding to what you require, providing effective and practical solutions. These include:
- Objective online and face-to-face assessments using a range of selection tools (e.g. competency and behavioural based interviews, focused interviews, panel interviews, group discussions, in-tray exercises, role-plays, psychometrics etc.)
- Feedback and reports including candidate feedback, client feedback and written reports.
- Job analysis, piloting and design of bespoke assessment exercises including presentations, competency-based interviews, role-plays, group exercises and written exercises.
- Assessment and development centre design - recommending appropriate exercises to assess relevant skills and competencies, and supporting matrices and timetables.
Projects include:
- Designing a new assessment process for a range of roles for a large supermarket chain.
- Developing a senior management competency-based framework and redesigning the annual performance review forms.
- Designing an assessment process to identify strengths and development areas for high performers
Qualifications
- Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society (CPsychol)
- Registered Psychologist with the Health Care Professions Council
- Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD)
